Terms of booking
50% of the treatment cost will be payable to secure the appointment, with the balance payable at the appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled if more than 72 hours notice is given, up to a maximum of 2 reschedules, Where appointments are cancelled with less than 72 hours, a cancellation fee may be charged. All deposits are non refundable.
Patch Test
All first time Brow or Lash service appointments will require a patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior to the service. This will be posted to your home address following receipt of your booking deposit. Repeat services conducted within an 8 week period of each other will not require patch testing between services.
All services are by Appointment For Clients Aged 21 Years Plus Only.
